I’m a huge PBFingers fan. Her blog is interesting, funny and full of great recipes. I saw this easy recipe one day and actually thought it was too good to be true. Boy was I wrong!

• 1 spice cake mix, in a box

I topped some of my pumpkin cookies with cream cheese icing at the bake sale held for Breast Cancer Awareness Month at work.
