Smiley Omelet! I had two pieces of wheat toast with a two-egg white, one egg omelet with salsa and a little Mexican shredded cheese mix.
Sweet baked potato with brown rice and cannelini beans. I had this for dinner the night before and then repeated it the next day at lunch. Simple and filling.
Although the bowl looks gross, this spinach spaghetti squash bowl with marinara tasted awesome! I’m hooked.
