FTF: Healthiest Frozen Desserts

1. Edy’s Slow Churned Caramel Delight

I love the mini cups of ice cream you get at the grocery store because it really helps control my portions. Although a little higher in calories,  it’s full of flavor and completely satisfies my sweet tooth. Plus, it’s real ice cream!

2. Weight Watchers Giant Latte Bars

I’m addicted to coffee flavored anything, but these these bars are as close to perfection as you can get. At only 90 calories and 1 gram of fat, these bad boys take the cake. Even Grace can’t resist.

 3. Edy’s Fruit Bars

Ok, so it’s not ice cream, but these frozen fruit bars will make you forget all about your love affair with chocolate. Any of the flavors will make your head spin, but I particularly like the pomegranate ones. Plus, they give you red lips, which eliminates the need for lipstick. Score.

4. Blue Bunny Frozen Yogurt Praline Crunch

This was actually the most dangerous purchase I’ve ever made. I kid you not, I think this carton of froyo lasted three days. I can say nothing else except that this is the perfect combo of sweet and salty. Yum.

Calories: 120 per 1/2 cup
Fat: 4 g
Sugars: 17

 5. Arctic Zero Frozen “Yogurt”

Rightfully earning it’s name, Arctic Zero is gluten free, dairy free, artificial color and sweetener free, and only 150 calories per pint. That’s right: per pint. (Some of you may remember the time I drove 50 minutes to pick up this stuff.)I’ve only had the Pumpkin Spice, Vanilla Maple and Coffee flavors, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. You won’t get the rich, creamy texture you’d expect with a frozen “yogurt”, but it definitely helps satisfy your frozen dessert craving.

Fat: 0 g
Fiber: 14 g of whey protein
