Cat Hair on my yoga mat? You better believe it!

As part of the Cat Hair in my Coffee philosophy, I understand that finding time to squeeze in a workout can be difficult. That’s why I wanted to put a few quick and easy routines for toning up, along with some for quick cardio sessions. If you find yourself with a little more time, pick from one of the lengthier routines, or combine two or more of the routines. Enjoy the endorphins!

Shorter Routines (10-20 minutes)




Longer Routines (30-50 minutes)
