I eat at least one cup of yogurt per day. I love Greek yogurt, but can’t stomach the plain stuff. When I first discovered yogurt, I was eating Yoplait and ignoring the high sugar content with every spoonful. One of my favorite flavors, which wasn’t part of the “light collection I may add, was the traditional coffee flavor. After I accepted that it was just as bad as eating a carton of ice cream, I switched
to creamy and delicious Greek yogurt.
So here is my healthy spin on the classic coffee flavored yogurt.
- 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt, brand of your choice
- 1-2 tbsp of instant coffee granules (try 1 tbsp and add a second if not strong enough)
- 2-3 tbsp of Sugar-free Jell-0 instant chocolate pudding (or vanilla, if you prefer)
- no-calorie sweetener, to taste
