This is an unbelievably simple dish that can be enjoyed by meat lovers or otherwise. Throw it in a wrap or a taco shell and enjoy a vegetarian take on a classic Mexican dish.
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- romaine or lettuce leaves
- >1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of black beans
- 2.5 tbs of salsa
- Combine and enjoy with tortillas or alone.
